2 ripe bananas, peeled
cinnamon to taste
dash of vanilla extract
2 cups pancake mix (I like Aunt Jemima's Whole Wheat)
2 cups "milk" (try coconut milk, yum!)
2 splashes of oil
Heat griddle/pan on medium to medium low heat. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Stir. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Let sit for a few minutes. Use spray oil or rub "butter" on griddle. Pour batter by scoopfuls onto griddle. Flip when ready. Serve. Rub belly.
